Tokio Hotel: Ecuador Fans are Waiting for You!

They collect posters, magazine articles, cds, videos and make large signs to support their favorite Musical group. They are the Tokio Hotel fanclub, made up of around 6000 nationally and 150 in Quito. Every month they gather for different activities and to share the Music of the German band. Not so long ago they did a march, from La Plaza de Las Americas to the 6th December Ave, asking Tokio hotel to come to our Country. They also gathered all the fanclubs from Latin America to create a video, sent to the band.

This documentary has many views on youtube. But what attracts attention, is This isn't just a fanclub, but following the example of Tokio hotel, they do things for their community. For example, after the earthquake that hit Chile, they collected groceries, and stood at street corners asking for donations, sending everything to the Red Cross. Now they are working on a project to help a local animal shelter. That's why, for every member, this isn't just a fanclub, but a club of friends.
