This German quartet with a pair of androgynous twins, Bill and Tom, has become the new menu for adolescents thanks to their dark and suspiciously gay recipe, unique hairstyles and catchy lyrics but with meaning. Without the two piercings and the band tattoo on his neck, Bill Kaulitz, vocalist of Tokio Hotel, (a mix between Beetlejuice and Gokú on his last Kame Hame ha) was losing a bet against his twin brother Tom (guitarist of the band with dread braids, hiphop attire, and the most popular among girls). "Whoever kisses her first won't sing on Star Search", German talent show, proposed Tom. We don't know if with tongue or no tongue, but Tom won and forced Bill to participate in the show and, with his voice, drove the audience crazy. The musical career of the first two was made. Therefore, while ABC news described them as an "extravagant package with a winning combination of lyrics mixed with emo anxiety", the blogger Perez Hilton shared his existential crisis on the MTV EMA of that year: "So, Bill is gay? Black pants and leather jacket over a red shirt gothic-pop style, is the attire worn by the wax statue of Bill Kaulitz in Berlin. His nails are black, exotic -and distinctive- hairstyle and black circle make up, have made of Tokio Hotel the new advertising candy. Meanwhile as swarm of fans ask the singer's body "to go", the cash register keeps on chiming.
Their fortune reaches over 10 million euros (praise praise. The hair spray bottles and his finely tuned voice paid off). Even though for Bill "a television program or a magazine cover with Bravo have no value", without calculating much, he is one of the adolescents with most money in Germany. Of course, he could be multimillionaire yes, just as he assures, if the 90 percent of the advertising contracts they offer the band were not "shit".

They would tag along on every band tour, would write threatening letters to the mother of the twins, -so that they would not fly to Los Angeles to record their new album, Humanoid; and the girls could spy on them more from Germany- and created a web site where they would announce their next attacks.
But don't be scared, they received the restriction order -after a year of carrying out their threats- on a sealed envelope (for their fans, hopefully with some anthrax) and the Humanoid City Tour will arrive in Lima to undo one or more black bras. Also, if you see two crazy girls around with a turban, move aside. But, what kind of a show are we talking about?
A little tease: with skinny leather pants, shoulder pads made out of feathers, plenty of black eyeliner and hair spray, the singer of the band, Bill Kaulitz, comes out from under the stage on a futuristic motorcycle. Suddenly, a special platform elevates Gustav's drums meanwhile Tom begins to play the piano.
The pyrotechnics and special effects do their thing. It is the largest production from the band. The screams are heard. The concert begins with Noise. Bill makes a fan go up and... What? You think I will tell you everything about the concert? No more, buy your ticket. Or wait for someone to upload it on Youtube.

Q: What is the most strange lie that has been told about any member of the band?
A: I remember a rumor that circulated on the Internet in which they said that I (Bill) had died from an overdose. Which was humorous to me.
Q: Do you have a ritual before starting a tour?
A: Before each concert we always go to the bathroom to do number two. And the truth is, it has always brought us luck.
Q: Do you have in mind adding something about your South American tour on your Internet show Tokio Hotel TV?
A: Of course. Every time we go on tour we bring along a camera man to take shots of our stay in the country. Then we upload them on the Internet and that's how we get our fans to participate on our lives and what we do.
Q: Did you know anything about our country before including Peru on your South American tour?
A: No. But, as always, we will let our selves be surprised while being there. We know we have some fantastic fans that support us a lot. We will be super happy to meet them for the first time.
Q: What served as inspiration to write the song In your Shadow?
A: One always carries behind one's shadow, with which one can prosper mutually. And, somehow, this song represents a link of union that we have as twins. We could not live one without the other.
Q: Was it hard to change languages to record the English album?
A: Yes. In this last album it was hard work, since we have to translate the lyrics from German to English to then record them. We spent a lot of time on the album's production, especially taking into account that we are true perfectionists.
