»As so often, it has always got to do with a little bit of luck. I came close to Tokio Hotel when their project was already mega successful, therefore, it was not accounted for the success for me, but I'm glad to give my creative input on a project this big and may help shape the sound of the band.
Pat Benzner, with whom I've worked for over ten years, and am good friends got me into the team. When "Scream" was so successful in America and the band was the first German band with an MTV Award, we have used the hype on people to get on board, whom have venerated themselves so much. This had more to do with fun and creativity than with business. [...]
