He is a role model for millions of fans, a teen idol and a girl’s dream, but soon Tom Kaulitz [20] of “Tokio Hotel” will be brought to court.
BILD found out: Hamburgs prosecutors are bringing up charges against Tom Kaulitz [20] for assault.
Background: On April 15th around 11:15 pm, Tom got in a clash with girl gang at Hamburg’s Aral gas station. It turned into a fight.
After a discussion, one of the girls then put out a cigarette on Kaulitz’ sports car [Audi R8]. The musician had then apparently gotten out and hit the French girl.
The band then defended themselves against the four member girl group which calls themselves “Les Afghans on Tour”, whom had also allegedly been stalking the Kaulitz brothers privately for more than a year.
An insider whom adds on to the charges against the 20 to 25-year-old girls said to BILD: “They deliberately wanted to provoke the boys, their attacks prepared by throwing things at their cars. This only happened because Perrine, one of the girls, was obsessed with wanting to sleep with Tom.”
Tokio Hotel’s Manager David Jost told BILD yesterday: “Our latest stand is that it won’t come to a trial.”
But according to BILD information, Tom has to prepare himself for a trial. Should he be sentenced, he could be threatened with up to 5 years in prison.
